Born on April 20, 1974, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Andaleeve Rahman Partho was immersed in national politics and public service from an early age. His father, the late Naziur Rahman Manzur, was a decorated freedom fighter, former Minister of Local Government and Rural Development (LGRD), former Mayor of Dhaka City Corporation, and the founding Chairman of the Bangladesh Jatiya Party (BJP). His mother, Sheikh Reba Rahman, belongs to the esteemed Sheikh family of Tungipara. Despite prominent familial connections, Partho chose a path of independent, principled opposition, driven by an unyielding commitment to constitutional democracy. ১৯৭৪ সালের ২০ এপ্রিল ঢাকায় জন্মগ্রহণ করেন ব্যারিস্টার আন্দালিব রহমান পার্থ। তাঁর পিতা বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা মরহুম নাজিউর রহমান মঞ্জুর ছিলেন সাবেক এলজিআরডি মন্ত্রী, ঢাকা সিটি করপোরেশনের সাবেক মেয়র এবং বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় পার্টির (বিজেপি) প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান। তাঁর মাতা শেখ রেবা রহমান টুঙ্গিপাড়ার ঐতিহ্যবাহী শেখ পরিবারের সন্তান। পারিবারিকভাবে সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত হওয়া সত্ত্বেও পার্থ আপসহীন গণতন্ত্র ও আইনের শাসনের পক্ষে একটি স্বাধীন রাজনৈতিক পথ বেছে নেন।

Partho completed his early schooling at St. Joseph Higher Secondary School and Government Laboratory High School in Dhaka before moving to the United Kingdom to pursue legal scholarship. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from the University of London in 1995. He subsequently completed the Bar Vocational Course and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the prestigious Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1997. সেন্ট জোসেফ ও গভর্নমেন্ট ল্যাবরেটরি হাই স্কুল থেকে শিক্ষা সমাপনান্তে তিনি যুক্তরাজ্যে আইন বিষয়ে উচ্চশিক্ষা গ্রহণ করেন। ১৯৯৫ সালে লন্ডন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে এলএলবি (অনার্স) ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন এবং ১৯৯৭ সালে বিখ্যাত লিনকন্স ইন থেকে বার-অ্যাট-ল সম্পন্ন করেন।
Upon returning to Bangladesh, he apprenticed under legendary senior jurist Barrister Rafiqul Haque, refining his courtroom advocacy and constitutional mastery. Later, recognizing the critical need for quality legal education in Bangladesh, he established and served as Principal of the British School of Law (BSL) in Dhaka, guiding thousands of young legal scholars. বাংলাদেশে ফিরে তিনি প্রখ্যাত আইনবিদ ব্যারিস্টার রফিকুল হক-এর সান্নিধ্যে আইনি পেশা শুরু করেন। পরবর্তীতে আন্তর্জাতিক মানের আইনি শিক্ষার লক্ষ্যে তিনি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন ব্রিটিশ স্কুল অব ল (বিএসএল) এবং দীর্ঘকাল এর প্রিন্সিপাল হিসেবে সহস্রাধিক তরুণ আইনজীবীকে গড়ে তোলেন।
Parliamentary Mandate in Bhola ভোলা-১ এ সংসদীয় ভূমিকা ও তৃণমূল সংগ্রাম
In December 2008, Partho contested from Bhola-1 and won with a decisive majority. In parliament, he became the defining voice for coastal safety, fighting for critical river erosion infrastructure and livelihood protection for coastal fishermen and farmers. ২০০৮ সালের সাধারণ নির্বাচনে তিনি ভোলা-১ আসন থেকে বিপুল ভোটে সংসদ সদস্য নির্বাচিত হন। ৯ম জাতীয় সংসদে তিনি উপকূলীয় বাঁধ নির্মাণ ও নদীভাঙন রোধে ঐতিহাসিক ভূমিকা পালন করেন।

Over the past fifteen years, Partho became a household name across Bangladesh through his appearances on premier political talk shows (Tritiyo Matra, Jamuna TV, Somoy). Known for his composure, wit, and airtight legal argumentation, he consistently dismantled autocratic narratives without resorting to personal attacks. গত দেড় দশক ধরে টেলিভিশন টকশোতে (বিশেষ করে তৃতীয় মাত্রা) যুক্তিপূর্ণ ও শালীন রাজনৈতিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে তিনি কোটি মানুষের আস্থা অর্জন করেন।
During the historic student-led Quota Reform Movement and the July 2024 Mass Uprising, Partho stood firmly on the frontlines of public discourse, advocating for justice and constitutional restoration. His outspoken stance led to his arrest on July 24, 2024, followed by a 5-day remand and imprisonment under fabricated charges. He was released following the fall of the autocratic regime in August 2024. ২০২৪ সালের ঐতিহাসিক জুলাই ছাত্র-জনতার গণঅভ্যুত্থানে ছাত্রদের পক্ষে সোচ্চার হওয়ায় ২৪ জুলাই তাঁকে অন্যায়ভাবে গ্রেপ্তার করে ৫ দিনের রিমান্ডে নেওয়া হয়। পরবর্তীতে স্বৈরশাসনের পতনের পর তিনি বীরের বেশে কারামুক্ত হন।
